Sophie is a senior yoga teacher registered with Yoga Alliance Professionals, with extensive experience teaching in Sussex since 2000. She believes in the transformative power of yoga to provide strength and clarity during life's challenges. Sophie's classes focus on deep breathing, body strengthening, and mind relaxation, aiming to cultivate health and inspiration. With a background in education and bodywork, Sophie's teaching style is creative and enjoyable, encouraging students to explore their inner selves through yoga practice.
