About the Yoga Instructor

Hello, I’m Sarah Brannen. I started Warm Hearts Yoga in 2013, when I was looking for a yoga class in St Andrews that I could attend with my young daughter. Over the years, Warm Hearts Yoga grew and evolved and I now teach a wide range of traditional yoga classes alongside special classes for families and children. I passionately believe that yoga can provide so much more than strength, flexibility, and fitness. My Ashtanga yoga practice helps me find a sense of calm amidst chaos, remain steady through constant change, love and accept myself, and find a path to follow that feels right. I continue to train and study, bringing new elements from my learning into classes. I have a love for yoga philosophy and enjoy bringing ancient ideas into classes in an accessible way. Join me for a yoga session and experience a peaceful hour that you don't realize has passed.
