Claire discovered her passion for movement at a young age through dance. After transitioning to yoga in her late teens, she experienced a level of calm like never before. With a background in professional planning studies, Claire pursued her love for yoga and obtained a 500-hour teaching qualification in 2006. She is dedicated to continuous learning and development, specializing in various aspects of yoga such as pranayama, meditation, and yoga for mental health. Claire's Love Yoga with Claire offers a variety of classes and workshops for all ages and backgrounds, including private lessons and yoga events for charity. Her journey as a yoga teacher is ongoing, with a commitment to evolving her practice and sharing her expertise with others.
