About Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a slow, peaceful type of yoga where you hold poses for a longer time to stretch your muscles and feel calm.

  • It helps you relax and feel peaceful inside.

About the Yoga Instructor

Catherine Annis is known for her imaginative and practical approach to yoga. With a background in professional dance and a Masters degree in ballet studies, she discovered yoga as a teenager and has been practicing since the mid 1970s. Catherine's focus is on strategies for regulating the nervous system through breath and somatic movement, aimed at improving wellbeing. She created the Intelligent Yoga Teacher Training Course (iytt) in 2017 and leads Scaravelli inspired yoga workshops and retreats in the UK and internationally. Catherine now resides in the Exmoor National Park and has recently taken up cold water swimming.
